I often tell my executive coaching clients that their people really want to see them succeed.
This is met with 1 of 2 responses.
1. I doubt it
2. I know
I spend a lot of time coaching on answer #1.
Why do you believe that your people don’t want to see you lead with ease, make a lot of money, receive recognition and just generally feel great???
When they answer honestly, some hard truths bubble up.
Usually they are not showing up in integrity.
What does that mean…integrity?
It’s loaded. And it’s where our personal development opportunity lies.
If you don’t have a legion of people rooting for you, then you need to look within.
